DESCRIPTION:Monday through Friday 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM \nWATER MAIN & HYDRANT FLUSHING – Utility personnel release water from hydrants in order to remove sediment from the water distribution system as part of routine\nmaintenance. Flushing is also necessary to test hydrants and valves to make sure adequate flow and pressure is available. During these flushing periods you may experience\ntemporary discoloration of your water. If this happens\, please run your cold water tap for a few minutes until the water clears. If it doesn’t clear the first time\, wait a few\nminutes and run the water again. It is recommended that you make certain your water runs clear before washing clothes
