– Road Closures on Tuxedo Place, Holly Place, Emerson Avenue and Hamilton Avenue –
On Monday, June 13, 2022, a door hanger was left at homes on Tuxedo Place, Holly Place, Emerson Avenue and Hamilton Avenue informing of an upcoming project.
The Borough of Spring Lake Heights together with the NJ Dept. of Transportation will be making drainage and roadway improvements on the following streets: Tuxedo Place, Holly Place, Emerson Avenue and Hamilton Avenue.
Following the drainage installation, on or about July 5th NJ Natural Gas will be upgrading the existing gas service in the area prior to final pavement improvements.
We will notify each residence that will be impacted as the project progresses.
Each day the effected area will need to remove all vehicles from the street by 7:00 am, vehicles will not be permitted to travel in the area while work is performed.
