2026 Shore Town Men’s Basketball League

Shore Town Men’s Basketball League is a new activity in Spring Lake Heights! Men in Spring Lake Heights and surrounding Shore towns are welcome to register and participate in the league.
$65 per player and registration to be completed on CommunityPass.
Must be at least 21 years old to play.
If you would like to get a team together, sign up and email recreation@springlakehts.com that you would like to do so and with who.
League starts on September 30th and runs for 5 weeks until October 28, league will be held on Wednesday nights. The league will be played at Bicentennial Park in Spring Lake Heights. Any questions or concerns can be emailed to recreation@springlakehts.com

Beginner to Intermediate Pickleball League

-Games played at Bicentennial Park, 1103 Ocean Road, Spring Lake Heights, NJ 07762 & Joseph E. Robertson Park, 1100 Allaire Road, Spring Lake Heights, NJ 07762

– Every Monday Night starting September -7 October 19. 10/19  playoffs

– Starting at 5 PM, series played every 45 minutes. 2 Series minimum every league night.

– $125 per team (2 players)

Pickleball Open Play- Thursday Nights

Looking for a fun way to play pickleball without committing to a league? Join Spring Lake Heights Recreation for our Thursday Night Pickleball Open Play!

Whether you’re just learning the game or have years of experience, all skill levels are welcome. Enjoy 2 hours of organized open play on Thursday evenings from 6:00–8:00 PM at Joseph E. Robertson Park (1100 Allaire Road, Spring Lake Heights).

For just $8 per session, you’ll have the opportunity to meet new players, improve your game, and enjoy friendly competition in a welcoming atmosphere.

2026 Cornhole League- 7th Annual Season

 
Regular Season starting Tuesday September 15th and ending October 21st. Playoff Tournament be held on October 27th. Any rainouts will be made up throughout the season on league nights (Tuesdays) . Teams will play 2 to 3- three game series each league night. T-shirt will be given to every registered participant. The entry fee for each team is $150. League Games will be played starting at 7 PM and conclude by 9:30 PM. Playoff schedule times subject to change. League will be played at Joseph E. Robertson Park on Allaire Road in Spring Lake Heights. 

Fall Arts & Crafts Program for children in Grades K–3

Each week will feature a brand-new craft along with stories, games, and music, giving children a fun and welcoming way to create, explore, and spend time with friends. The program will be led by members of our Summer Recreation Arts & Crafts team.

The 6-week program runs Thursdays from 5:30–6:30 PM on October 8, 15, 22, 29 and November 12 and 19 at the Cornelius V. Kelly Community Center. The cost is $75 for the full program, and space is limited to 25 participants.

2026 Tennis/Pickleball Permits & Reservations

Our online booking system for Tennis and Pickleball at Bicentennial Park (Ocean Road) and Joseph E. Robertson Park (Allaire Road) is live for the 1 week booking window

A 2026 Tennis/Pickle Ball Permit is required per person to book courts. The permit is $25 per person.

The court reservations are $4 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours per person per day for tennis and pickleball.

All Tennis and Pickleball Court Bookings will now be done through the Borough of Spring Lake Heights CommunityPass website link.
