8/16/2022 – Mayor Chris Campion is joined with (L to R) Councilman Chris Willms, Councilman Billy Graetz, Councilwoman Sara King, and Councilman John Casagrande (and John’s two beautiful daughters) as they cut the ribbon to reopen Bicentennial Park on Ocean Road.
The tennis and pickleball courts are now open to the public without fee or scheduling requirements until September. First come, first serve. There will be a standard fee for all courts starting in September.
The borough will be moving to a new scheduling platform which will include a nominal permit fee and hourly cost to use the courts, but for now, courts at the Joseph Robertson Park on Allaire Road will continue to be reserved under the existing platform for free, a link can be found at www.Springlakehts.com.
We will continue to update the residents as we move to the new platform and fee structure.
We thank the community for their patience as we restored the park and look forward to seeing it enjoyed by the community.
