Tri Town Recreation Basketball – Grades 3-8 Boys and Girls
Spring Lake Heights Recreation has joined with Manasquan and Brielle this season for Recreation Basketball.
– Grades 3 – 8 Boys and Girls
– Divisions are 3/4 , 5/6, & 7/8 .
– 3/4 will be played on Saturdays
– 5/6 & 7/8 will be played during the week.
-Games will be played in Spring Lake Heights, Brielle, and Manasquan
– Registration Fee per player is $110. Includes Team Jersey and game schedule once a week starting January through March.
– Register by 12/8/24.

2025 K-2 Basketball Clinic – Saturday Mornings
K-2 Basketball Clinic: Saturday Mornings starting January 4 and running through March 8.
Each clinic attendee will receive a shirt and the skills/fundamentals of basketball for an hour every Saturday Morning.
The clinic will take place at Spring Lake Heights Elementary School every Saturday excluding winter break weekends.
$75 per clinic attendee.

2024 Tennis/Pickleball Permits & Reservations
Our online booking system for Tennis and Pickleball at Bicentennial Park (Ocean Road) and Joseph E. Robertson Park (Allaire Road) is live for the 2 week booking window starting Monday 3/11/24
A 2024 Tennis/Pickle Ball Permit is required per person to book courts. The permit is $25 per person.
The court reservations are $4 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours per person per day for tennis and pickleball.
All Tennis and Pickleball Court Bookings will now be done through the Borough of Spring Lake Heights CommunityPass website link.
