The Borough of Spring Lake Heights uses a third-party vendor to send out notifications to our residents. Soon after midnight this morning an alert went out to residents with a paving notice that had already been sent out a few days ago. The company has acknowledged that this was their error, not something the boro initiated. They also informed us that many of their town clients had messages sent out in error, so we are not alone. The company has assured us that once they locate the source of their error, they will ensure this doesn’t happen again.
