Scarecrow Decorating
The contest starts at 11:00am on Saturday 10/28/23.
The Borough will provide wood form, hay, burlap & rope (for “head”).
If you would like to participate please bring all your own decorations, clothing/attire, accessories to compete!

The scarecrows will be put on display and everyone at the Fall Festival can vote on their favorite!
The contest winner will be announced at 4:00pm.
